We offer new 4 season two-bedroom “rustic contemporary” cottages, which sleep up to 6. All cottages are equipped with a spacious deck with furniture and propane BBQ; full kitchen, electric fireplace, air conditioning, TV, and internet. Kapasiwin’s direct beach access provides the opportunity for an abundance of lakeshore recreation. We have a 2 night minimum and limited pet friendly cabins available. Come celebrate nature and the outdoors!

CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings require a 50% deposit upon time of booking. A 60-day notice cancellation is required to receive a 100% refund less administration fees.

Cancellation policy:

A non-refundable administrative fee of $100 will be applied to all reservation cancellations and date changes.

– Refunds will be granted for cancellations made with a minimum of 60 days’ notice.
– Cancellations made with less than 60 days but more than 30 days’ notice will receive a credit.
– Cancellations made with 30 days or fewer notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
– Cancellations made within 14 days will result in forfeiture of the entire reservation amount.

Please note some holiday rates apply, and a two-night stay is required for all bookings.

Kapasiwin bungalows have limited pet-friendly cottages ($40 per pet/per day,) a
security deposit of $500 per stay (pre-authorization).
